Spreading Warmth and Hope at the St. Francis Infusion Center - Kristin S
This June, our team had the privilege of visiting the St. Francis Infusion Center to deliver cozy blankets, and messages of hope to some incredibly resilient individuals. Through Subaru's long-standing partnership with Blood Cancer United®, we know that cancer treatments can often leave patients feeling cold, no matter the season. Bringing a little extra warmth and comfort directly to the patients at St. Francis was a powerful reminder of why we do this. We are so incredibly grateful to our community for helping us share love, support, and hope when it's needed most.
East Hills Subaru Surpasses $560,000 in Support of MS Society - Phil W
For the 12th consecutive year, East Hills Subaru proudly supported the National Multiple Sclerosis Society through Subaru's annual Share the Love campaign, donating $47,050 to help advance the organization's mission of finding a cure for multiple sclerosis while supporting those affected by the disease. Over the past 12 years, East Hills Subaru's total contributions to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society have exceeded $560,000, demonstrating the dealership's long-standing commitment to giving back to the community and making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families impacted by MS. The 2025 Subaru Share the Love campaign ran from Thanksgiving 2025 through January 3, 2026, with a portion of every new vehicle sold during the campaign benefiting charitable organizations, including the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Thanks to the generosity of customers and the continued dedication of East Hills Subaru, this year's contribution will help fund critical research, provide essential programs and services, and support advocacy efforts for the millions of people nationwide living with multiple sclerosis.
A Stitch In Time... - Phil W
At East Hills Subaru of Roslyn, giving back means supporting the people and organizations that strengthen our community. Winter can be especially challenging for families with young children, which is why community support matters so much. On January 22, 2026, East Hills Subaru partnered with Subaru and Operation Warm® as part of the Subaru Loves to Help program to provide new winter coats to children in the Manhasset/Great Neck Head Start Program. It was just in time as the snowfall just days later exceeded 10 inches. Head Start has been a vital resource for local families for nearly 50 years, supporting early learning, health, and family well-being for children and their families. Providing children with proper winter clothing helps ensure they are comfortable, confident, and able to focus on learning and growth throughout the season. Working alongside the dedicated staff at Head Start was a meaningful experience. Their commitment to supporting children and families and helping build brighter futures is evident in everything they do. Through the Subaru Love Promise®, East Hills Subaru is proud to support organizations that make a lasting, positive impact right here in our community.
Trees, Trees, Everywhere - Phil W
The Subaru Loves the Earth program at East Hills Subaru of Roslyn brought the community together around a shared commitment to sustainability by giving away 100 trees to local families. The event encouraged environmental stewardship while offering a simple, meaningful way for families to make a positive impact in their own neighborhoods. By supporting greener spaces and raising awareness about conservation, East Hills Subaru reinforced its dedication to protecting the planet and strengthening the community it serves.

The Subaru Loves Pets ped adoption event held on 10/18/25, brought together animal lovers, North Shore Animal Shelter, and the community for a heartwarming day focused on finding homes for pets in need. As part of Subaru's ongoing commitment to animal welfare, the event featured adoptable dogs and cats, onsite adoption support, and opportunities to learn about responsible pet care. Families and individuals met their potential new companions, and celebrated the joy that pets bring into our lives, all while supporting the mission to help animals find safe, loving homes.

East Hills Subaru Teams Up to Support Local Community - Karen D
Imagine going without a coat, shoes, or even socks. For millions of children and adults experiencing homelessness and other urgent need situations across the country, even here in Roslyn, this is a harsh reality. Helping others strengthens communities, which is why East Hills Subaru is partnering with Operation Warm®, a national nonprofit focused on connecting children with the resources they need to thrive. Through this partnership and other Subaru Loves to Help® efforts, Subaru and retailers like East Hills Subaru have helped nearly 900,000 children and adults in urgent need. On 02/13/2025, East Hills Subaru donated 120 coats to Manhasset/Great Neck Economic Opportunity Council, Inc.. These essential items not only help keep children protected, warm, and dry, it can have a significant impact on a child's mental and emotional well-being.
LLS Blanket Deliveries! - Sydney D
On June 18, 2025, LLS Metro New York partnered with East Hills Subaru to deliver 80 cozy blankets to Good Samaritan University Hospital as part of the Subaru Loves to Care initiative. Each blanket was accompanied by a heartfelt message of encouragement, written by the caring customers and staff of East Hills Subaru. The delivery was warmly welcomed by the staff at Good Samaritan University Hospital, who were eager to share these comforting items with their patients. A heartfelt thank you to both for supporting LLS’s mission to cure blood cancers and bring hope and smiles to patients and their families!
Manhasset Great Neck Head Start is #1 In Our Hearts - Phil W
The team at Manhasset Great Neck Head Start is #1 in our hearts. For the second year in a row, East Hills Subaru, Subaru and partner, Operation Warm, has helped the community with winter coats. "Stephanie is so amazing. She knows her students and families and she makes it fun to give the kids new winter coats," said Phil Wolhar, Chief Marketing Officer. Pictured are just a few families who received new coats. "Thank you Subaru and Operation Warm for making this possible."
Adopt A Classroom at Paul Schreiber High School - Phil W
In September 2024, East Hills Subaru of Roslyn adopted the Paul D. Schreiber High School to receive funding for school teachers to purchase educational supplies for students. "Instead of children going without supplies for the school year or instead of teachers funding the purchase of school supplies out of their own pockets, we thought it was a good thing to take the stress off. This investment though the Subaru Loves Learning program is really a great give-back to our community," stated David Jacoby, general manager of East Hills Subaru of Roslyn.
